What time and where do we depart from?

The area of Protaras has two departure points for passenger vessels. The Golden Coast Harbour (or Saint Nicholas) in the area of Pernera, or the Nissiotis Jetty in the center of Protaras. You can find each trip's departure point by clicking 'Book Now'.

What if my trip is cancelled?

Should we have to cancel your trip due to unusually rough sea conditions, we will gladly reschedule your booking for a later date. If you are only in the area for a short period of time and therefore can’t make it another time, we will happily issue you with a full refund.

Can i cancel my booking?

Yes of course, if for any reason you cannot make it on your cruise, you can cancel your reservation by informing us via email, no later than 48 hours prior to the starting time of the trip.

Can i just turn up if i haven's booked?

Yes, you can as our staff can easily sell you a ticket on the day. However, we’d strongly recommend that you try and avoid doing so at busy times as most of our trips are fully booked well in advance. Booking via this website is simple by just clicking 'Book Now', but if preferable, have a look at our contact page if wanting to speak to us directly.

How many people will be on board?

The permit of our boat Aretousa allows the accommodation of 35 passengers and the permit of Sirena One allows 40 passengers. However, for your comfort, we limit the number to smaller amount. The full capacity of the boat is used only for private charters.

Is there an age restriction for the trips?

We have had passengers of all ages on board. However, this type of cruise is not suitable for babies or young children under the age of 12. We recommend a private charter if your group includes babies or young children.

Can i bring a stroller on board?

No, strollers are not allowed on the boat, but out crew will assist you and store it securely for you at the office and bring it back to you once the trip is finished.

Are the boats suitable for me as i am pregnant?

Absolutely! If you're enjoying a healthy pregnancy and have been given the green light from your doctor, then you are very welcome to join us on board.

What if I have a problem with my back, are any of the boat trips not recommended?

Cruises with our vessel Aretousa are suitable for all passengers. As for Sirena One, even though our helms are highly experienced, it is a speedboat therefore it may get a little bumpy from time to time. It is for this reason we would advise you join Aretousa on one of its cruises, rather than Sirena One. However, if you feel alright to join us you are more than welcome, but at your own risk.

Is there access to the boats for passengers with mobility issues?

We aim to make all our experiences accessible to all. Our staff will gladly help where necessary but please note that due to the compatibility of the boat, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard.

Please note that boarding is accessible via the jetty where there are steps and a ramp platform.

What should i wear and bring?

Beachwear or swimwear is fine. Barefoot is the best way to go on board. Other items you might need include sun crème (oil-free), sunglasses, camera, hat, towel, and your camera. Snorkel gear and noodle floats are provided; however, you can bring your own. Please remember that anything you decide to bring on board is done at your own risk.

*On cooler days (May & October), a light jacket or a windbreaker is recommended.

Can i bring my own food and drinks?

Most of our cruises include a light lunch and a complimentary drink. And on board you can additionally find a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase at reasonable prices. However, if you are allergic to anything specific, are gluten free, vegan or vegetarian, feel free to drop us an email informing us, and we will make sure to arrange something for you.

What facilities do you have on board?

Both our boats are fully licensed and have all the necessary facilities to make your cruising experience nice and comfortable. Our facilities include additional snacks and drinks available for purchase, Tour Guiding, Music System, Sunny Area, Shaded Area, Swimming Platform, Life Jackets, Snorkeling Equipment, Noodle Floats, Fresh Water Shower, WC

Can i pay by card on board?

Absolutely, you have the option to pay by cash or card.

Will we see dolphins?

Tough, we cannot guarantee a dolphin sighting, you never know what you might see on any given day. It may be your lucky day!
